The following rules apply to all images uploaded to Infinite Stratos Wiki. For the appropriate usage of these images in articles, consult the corresponding section in the Manual of Style.
General[]
- All images must be related to the series Infinite Stratos.
- Images uploaded for personal uses will be removed.
- Upload PNG images only.
- GIF files should not be uploaded. Unless they are used to depict an animated visual effect that still-motion images cannot clearly depict.
- Do not use JPG files,as they are liable to quality loss.
- For anime sceenshots, upload those with high quality.
Naming[]
The image's filename should be a brief description of the action or character that the image is showcasing.
Bad file names[]
- Names with many numbers
- Ridiculous names
- Vague/Short names
File naming guide[]
Anime episodes and manga chapters: EP# Character Description Count.
- Count is to avoid duplicated filename. Mostly used when you have no Description.
- It is the same for the manga: CH# Character Description Count.
Other images: Source Description.
File information[]
Every image uploaded to the wiki must include File information and Licensing. This is to make it easier to locate the image's source.
