Iris seems to be a confident individual who cares about her comrades. She can be rather headstrong and fearless when working, ready to take some damage to stop her enemies from getting away.

When M is attacking an American faculty, Natasha Fairs tries to stop her, but she is easily beaten. Before M can do anything more to Natasha, Iris interferes to save Natasha and injures M. Iris faces M, but the Phantom Task member is ordered to retreat by Squall to avoid losing the Silent Zephyrs. While Iris tries to catch M, she fails to due so.
