The relationships of Madoka Orimura/M.
Madoka's Creators[]
A group of people who are responsible for her, Chifuyu, and Ichika's creation. Her relationship with her creators is unknown, but Madoka abandoned them after Chifuyu escaped with Ichika, given her personality that she possibly even killed them.
Family[]
Ichika Orimura[]
Madoka properly introduces herself to Ichika
Ichika is her "brother". She revealed her name to him at the end of Volume 6 with the intention of killing him. By having the same surname Orimura, Ichika assumed she was a younger twin sister. This is confirmed in Volume 7 when he asked Chifuyu regarding their family only to be denied from discussing the topic. Unlike Chifuyu, she doesn't view Ichika as much and claims she can kill him anytime. However, as the season progressed, Madoka had stronger intentions of killing Ichika, while keeping it the same towards Chifuyu.
At the end of Volume 12, after Madoka fatally stabs Ichika, she fully admits she never cared about him or had any interest in him at the beginning. Rather, she reveals the reason why she wanted to kill him was to make Chifuyu suffer as this is the only and best way to do so, and she has to finally pay attention to her.
Chifuyu Orimura[]
Madoka's genetic template. Madoka seems to hate Chifuyu as she is overjoyed with delight at the thought of scarring her own face, which resembles Chifuyu's. Despite this, Madoka has shown that she at least respects her abilities and possibly regards her as her older sister, having gotten angry at Squall when she dismissed Chifuyu as a threat for not being able to use her IS. She has also shown to greatly treasure her locket with Chifuyu's picture in it, seeing it as her only connection with her older sister. It is later revealed Madoka is not Chifuyu's biological sister, but really her 'replacement' clone.
The reason why Madoka hates Chifuyu is because she believes her "older sister" abandoned her for Ichika. However, Chifuyu didn't even know about her existence until years later. To make sure Chifuyu couldn't ignore her anymore and to make her suffer as much as possible, Madoka chose to kill Ichika first. When she successfully stabs Ichika in front of her older sister, Chifuyu swore killing her little sister and Tabane for hurting her beloved little brother.
Phantom Task[]
Squall Meusel[]
Her leader and superior in the Phantom Task. Madoka doesn't seem to like her. More than once, Squall has had to force Madoka to follow her orders. Nonetheless, Madoka acknowledges Squall's abilities as well as her IS. Squall is also aware of how skilled and dangerous Madoka is and values her greatly. When in combat, they can surprisingly also cooperate very well.
Autumn[]
A fellow member of Phantom Task. They don't get along due to their somewhat opposite personalities. Autumn even threatened to kill Madoka when she (indirectly) embarrassed or mocked her, to which Madoka only silently smiled as if welcoming it as a challenge.
Enemies[]
Being a member of Phantom Task, Madoka has made enemies out of several different militaries across the world.
Cecilia Alcott[]
The IS Representative Candidate of England. Having stolen the second BT Unit from England and already proving herself to be superior with it than she was with Blue Tear, Cecilia developed a one-side rivalry with Madoka. Madoka, however, only views Cecilia as a weakling and continues to mock her when they fight during the day of Cannonball Fast. During the Excalibur Incident, Madoka was forced to work together with Cecilia and Chelsea to snipe down the Excalibur, thus she didn't show the slightest respect for either of them. After finishing the mission, Madoka wasted no time attacking Chelsea and Cecilia to steal their ISs, thus she was forced to retreat under Squall's orders.

Tabane Shinonono[]
Madoka's first time meeting Tabane
Tabane seems to be aware of who Madoka is when they first meet and her origin, shocking everyone present. She quickly takes an interest in Madoka and offers to make her a new IS for her, the Kurokishi, a dark version of Ichika's Byakushiki. Despite what Tabane is willing to do for her, Madoka still acts cold to Tabane like she does to everyone else, only cooperating with her to gain more power.
